Behaviour after enabling SkipGettingRecordCountForPaging

CRM 2013 UR2 interface after enabling SkipGettingRecordCountForPaging – application grid (Views) showing no count of records as expected but when we go to Quick view for ex Recent Activities or Recent cases in Incident entity (or any entity) they appeared without Page navigation/scroll bar even there are more records in selected view.

I may have misunderstood initially, if I'm reading this correctly you're saying this orgDbOrgSetting change is causing a navigation issue/bug. Can you confirm? Either way I think you should open a case to report the issue. Luckily the count functionality in CRM 2013 (and later UR's of CRM) has improved dramatically in terms of performance - thus the counts are less of a performance issue now than they were.
